Gravel Boards

Our gravel boards are supplied in various materials and sizes to match any fence post and panel configuration that we can supply. If you are wondering ‘what is a gravel board?’ – traditionally it refers to a wooden/concrete or metal board which sits under a fence to prevent moisture from the ground coming into contact with the bottom of the fence. Wooden fence panels can rot over time if in constant contact with soil, so the gravel board will protect the wooden fence panel, and of course it’s much more cost (and time) effective to replace a single board rather than an entire fence panel!

We sell wooden, composite and concrete gravel boards for use with fence panels, but wooden gravel boards can also be used for a variety of other landscaping and gardening applications such as footpath edging, raised beds/borders and much more.
