QUAZAR Tripod Work Safety Sign. Folding road sign suitable for single carriage way roads where speed limit is over 30mph (for speed limits up to and including 30mph a 600mm is the minimum requirement). Supplied to us via the UK’s leading supplier of roll up road signs and they fully conform to Chapter 8 of the traffic signs manual, as laid out in the Department of Transport code of practice.
The one-piece sign is extremely easy to put up and take down in a matter of seconds, even when wearing thick gloves as it involves no parts which are small or fiddly. The system for changing the wording on the legend or variant could not be easier. It uses a system of rust proof poppers which clip easily on and off, meaning one tripod sign can have multiple uses without the inconvenience or the expense of having to hold multiple signs for different tasks where a road sign is required. The signs are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -5c to 30c.
*The 600 or 750mm measurement mentioned refers to the height of the red triangle on the sign, rather than the size of the wording. Clip on wording variants sold separately.
