Description
The presence of too many deer in a particular area can lead to trees, woodland flora and wildlife habitats being damaged. With our comprehensive and innovative range of deer fencing, Tornado has long been the first choice for forest managers looking to protect and preserve their valuable forestry.
Due to difficult access, it is not always possible to install a ‘one-piece’ deer fence. In such areas it is common practice to build the fence using two nets. The bottom section can be either rabbit net or stock fencing. HT6/90/30 offers a slightly taller net; the reduced number of line wires combined with the increase in vertical wire spacings creates a manageable top section to your 2-piece deer fence.
HT6/90/30 features the traditional, cost-effective hinge joint which enables the netting to be turned out or cranked for use in special applications. It is manufactured with high tensile wire which strains tighter than mild steel and so requires fewer intermediate posts, making it quicker to erect. The spring like properties of a high tensile wire help the netting stay tight, keeping maintenance to a minimum.
